Have wasted the last 3 hours trying to find how to get a Genius Bar appointment since phone is not working right - CANNOT send or receive messages, internet problem keeping me from looking anything up (I had to come to a library to access internet) even though my carrier says internet is not the issue, that my phone itself is the problem and has to be taken to an Apple store to be checked.
